As a courtesy, we will bill your insurance for you.

For your convenience we accept all credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Care Credit.
We request you to have payment or an approved payment plan ready before your appointment.
Ongoing accounts can also be charged to the credit cards and if you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at (775) 738-7666.
Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
We will send you an invoice every month in case there is a balance on your account.
